Welcome to LogBook Cloud! By creating an account or accessing our Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
LogBook Cloud is currently operating in Beta Stage. Technical updates, software modifications, or temporary service disruptions may occur. Users are strictly advised and solely responsible for maintaining independent, secondary backup copies of all vital business transactions, customer ledgers, and financial records.
LogBook Cloud provides cloud-based ERP, inventory management, billing, and credit/debit ledger recording services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, enterprise terminal access, and all activities conducted under your business profile.
Subject to compliance with these terms, LogBook Cloud grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your legitimate business operations. Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, automated scrapers, or misuse of the platform API is strictly prohibited.
We respect your privacy and process business data strictly in accordance with industry security standards. You retain full ownership of your operational data. LogBook Cloud reserves the right to compile anonymized usage statistics to improve system performance, security auditing, and tax compliance formatting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogBook Cloud, its parent entity Jayshreekant Enterprises, and its officers or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business revenue, or operational downtime arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Jayshreekant Enterprises reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued usage of LogBook Cloud after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
